Micronica "Jumbuck 56K" A11 Firmware Installation Instructions.

This firmware is only for Micronica "Jumbuck 56K" D56RSN-A11 Modem. 

1-1. Attached please find the files 8607.exe 
     which contains three files 020.s37, 002.s37 and 
     8607.s37 for downloading to the eprom. 

1-2. Save the attached file 8607.exe to c:\ 

1-3. Execute c:\8607.exe 
     There will be a new folder c:\8607

2. Download the 002.s37 or 020.s37 (If the 002.s37 does work)
   and 9201.s37 to eprom as per the following steps: 

2-1.  Click Start Menu -> Programs -> Accessories -> Communications 
      -> Hyper terminal. 

2-2.  Double click " Hypertrm". 
2-3.  Enter a name such as "japan". 
2-4.  Click " OK". 
2-5.  Type a number such as 123 in phone number. 
2-6.  Click " OK". 
2-7.  Click " Cancel".  Then you can type the AT Command. 
2-8.  Type at&f&w&w1z   then press Enter. Then "ok" will appear. 
2-9.  Type at** then press Enter. Then "Download initiated.." will appear. 
2-10. Use your mouse to click "Transfer". 
2-11. Click "Send Text Files.... ". 
2-12. Click Look in form "Hyper Terminal" to "c:\8607" 
2-13. Click Files of type: from "Text file [ *.TXT ]" to "All files [ *.* ]"
2-14. Double click 002.s37 or 020.s37 (If the 002.s37 does not work). 
      Then "Flash Loader - Rev 011" will appear 
      Download flash code .. 

2-15. After flashing, Click "Transfer". 
2-16. Click " Send Text Files.... ". 
2-17. Click Look in form "Hyper Terminal" to "c:\8607" 
2-18. Click Files of type: from "Text file [ *.TXT ]" to "All files [ *.* ]"
2-19. Double click 8607.s37
      After downloading, "Device successfully programmed" will appear.
