As part of that service and commitment to our customers, our own customers who have purchased
Navis products
from us are welcome to request and obtain drivers from us free of
charge, by email during the warranty period of one year. Please note
that we can NOT
offer support FOREVER and for EVERYONE who ever purchased one anywhere in
the world for free. You must go back to where you purchased from for
that.
If you can not obtain drivers and assistance from your own original supplier
then we can provide drivers for you at a small service fee, no matter where you purchased the product, as a
last resort if you like. I hope it helps if you can't source them from your
original supplier. If this does not suit you then we are sorry. But the
choice is to charge for service outside the warranty period or not
providing this service AT ALL! It's up to you.
We can even supply you the Windows XP Driver and Software outside the warranty
period or for users who did not purchase the product directly
from us at all:
