Following are notes for some specific common questions we have been asked
about.
Q: Do I need to install any software on my computer to use MC3000 ? A: No! MC3000 VGA to TV converter is a stand alone hardware device
requiring no software installation whatsoever.
Q: Can I use the MC-3000 converter with Laptop computers or only Desktop
Computers ? A: Sure can! You can plug the MC-3000 Video to TV converter straight into the
VGA connector on your laptop where you would normally plug in an extension
VGA monitor and use it for your large screen TV presentations. Many people
use it on Laptops. MC-3000 is small and compact and therefore great of
presentations while travelling.
Q: I think I mucked up the settings and can't get a picture now. Any way
to "Reset" it back to "normal" ? A: Yes! Don't worry. It's really easy. Follow these steps:
- Press RESET/FREEZE. "Freeze" LED will light.
- Press RESET/FREEZE again and hold for 5 seconds. "Freeze" LED will go off
and all LEDs will flash and the MC-3000 will Reset to factory defaults
