Following are notes for some specific common questions we have been asked about.


• Q: I have a Videonics or Focus product which needs repair. How do we go about getting it serviced ?
  A: Micronica can service and repair all your Focus Enhancements and Videonics products. We even stock some of the more popular spare aprts such as Infra Red Remote Controlls, Power Supplies, Cables etc. Normal procedure to get any product serviced is for the unit to be sent in. So we can test it and determine confirmation of the fault, troubleshooting and quotation for the repair. Initial inspection and Quote fee for all Videonics/Focus Enhancements products is $150+GST, payable with the repair item when you submit your product for service. This is not refundable if you decide not to go ahead with the repair and the additional cost for Parts and Labour on top as usual.
